Beko WMB wash machine 0406 error code

Washing machine is not starting. It locks itself, adds some water then unlocks itself, then repeats the same thing over and over. I have put it inot the diagnosis mode and 0406 appears. It then does not do any turning- juts goes to water filling. Anyone help?

Did you manage to resolve this please as my sons washer has same errror?
His water pump is red hot but unsure if that is because it is jammed or just constantly on
