We have a Cannon 110cm Free Standing Dual Fuel Cooker C110DPX and when trying to use the main cooker the temperature shoots up to what appears to be maximum and does not reduce when trying to get it to say 180. We can’t tell if it a loose wire or a mechanism is broken inside. There is an error code “F03”.
The only way to turn the oven off is at the mains. Strangely when we put the electricity back on and attempt to use the smaller side oven then the main oven still turns on and goes to maximum. The circular heating element at the back of the main oven glows red hot.
Any thoughts?
