We just got brand new Gaggenau appliances and are getting an error code of E2101 which states,"You can only cook with Limited functionality. Temporarily disconnect he power supply for the cooktop and switch the cooktop back on afterwards. Contact customer service if the error occurs again."
I followed the fault prompt and shut off power- Half the cooktop isn't working and turning power off didn't help any. 1 day later- the other side went out too. Same error code, same result. turned power off, started back up and not working

We have the exact same problem! Not a new job though. How did you resolve your issue? Any advice very welcome!
