My ice maker stopped making ice, it's done this many time. This time I had to take it all apart including the back cover to reveal the toothed wheels (black plastic) and a toothed connecting bar (white palstic) this came off and I am not sure of positioning. There are arrows on the black plastic cog wheels so I lined them up (say both at 90° for example) Is this correct. Does anyone have a manual to the level of internals ? Now it won't make ice, doesn't even get water (water input defrosted).
Any ideas or advice much appreciated as I'm in Singapore, NEED ICE, and local skill level always leaves a lot to be desired ..... I'm not a "new part is only solution" type, I recently repaired my washing machine by replacing #7 diode on PCB 3 Thanks to info on the internet and Amazon supplying a diode for pennies 😁
Thank you all in advance
Shaun
