3 beeps and clock LED flashing

Dishwasher has stopped working. Makes noise as if still running even when switched off. When switched on bleeps 3 times with clock LED Flashing but no water seen in the base and no sign of a leak.

Any suggestions on what’s wrong and how to fix would be appreciated. Thanks
