Check the oven connections to the main. the error might be because the oven only has a single loop and not a double.

At the connection point for the mains cable, what are the connections numbered?
How many connection points are there?
If there are connections 1, 2, 4, 5 and Earth then there should be links in the connections.
If there are only Live (1) Neutral (4) and Earth then the supply is split inside the appliance.
