They say it's a pump fault . Check u have put the water container in properly

HI,
i have an error E22 on a hoover washing machine can anyone shed any light please? the washer spins and drains so its not the pump or drain, the error occurs within the first couple of minutes.

I also have the E22 code on my hoover tumble dryer - which according to their website isn’t a thing ??‍♀️
