The washer will extend the rinse cycle time to remove the excess detergent SUDS.

Use HE detergent.
NOTE: The Sud error code can be from a bent drain hose.

I’m getting an f8 e1 error on my whirlpool duet washer (model# WFW96HEAWO). I understand that this is a “water fill fault” and do notice that water is just barely trickling into the machine, from what I can tell.
I have done the following steps already:
• Ensured we’re using HE detergent
• Ensured water supplies are turned on
• Ensured inlet hoses aren’t kinked and are not clogged
• Checked inlet screens
• Not using any anti-flood device or controls
• Replaced W10448876 - Washer water level switch
• Replaced Whirlpool W10247306 Valve Replacement
• Replaced Whirlpool W10110225 Flow meter for Washer
• Cleared all codes before each test
What am I missing?
