Hi guys, I'm at my wits end and am close to conceding defeat.

The dryer trips out after about 10 minutes and when the moisture level in the drum is high.

The airflow path has been checked and everything has been fully cleaned. A new heater element has been fitted (2 thermal trips pre-installed), the main PCB has been replaced as has the NTC sensor. The pump and float/switch mechanism has been checked as fully functional too.

At this point I'm out of ideas. There seems to be some moisture being expelled around the rim of the door and a new seal also fitted to no affect. I suppose that could be causing a short somewhere but I can't find the cause of the poor evacuation of warm air/condensation.

Any ideas or is this destined to become razor blades?

Cheers!
