Err message on AEG Washing Machine

There is an Err message on the machine and I do not know how to fix it. I have checked the filter, the door locks and clicks, there is no obvious damage to door, hinge or the rubber seal.
I have unplugged it to try and reset but no luck. Any suggestions?
