Have a neff integrated waher/drier. 6 years old. finished a 40 minuite dry cycle but instead of door alarm sounding at end of cycle it came up with E13. have checked filter is clear and no water is left in machine. Released door by exterior mechanism at front of machine. suggestions please. Is this something I can fix or will I need a technician
