Delicate LED - The controller has not sensed the motor rotating

Issue:
Foreign object has jammed the rotor. The rotor has failed hall sensor or wiring fault at the hall sensor or controller. The hall sensor has failed Motor stator winding or connection open circuit. The electronic controller has failed. PCB mains filter has failed.
