How do bookings work?

You can book an appliance service for the same day or make a future booking.

When you book a repair job for same-day, we’ll send the professional who’s nearest to your home. You can check out the price as well as the arrival time by tapping the ‘CONTINUE’ button on the booking page.

For future bookings, in Step 2/3 click on ‘select date & time’ on the booking screen. This will show available dates and times. We’ll confirm the booking within 1 business hour by phone, text message and/or email. Bookings made after 6pm Monday to Friday or after 3pm on Saturday or Sunday/Bank Holidays will be confirmed on the next working day.
