How do I make a booking?

You can make a booking through the North London Appliances app, or on the web. We'll collect a few personal details (like your name and phone number), your address (so an engineer is able to find your home) and the appliance details and fault description. After that, we'll send a confirmation email, and if you haven't already, you can download the app to manage your booking, track the engineer and more!

Booking your domestic appliance repair could not be easier simply follow the instructions below:-

1. Click on "Book a Service", select your appliance.
2. Choose your manufacturer. You will then be asked to insert the model and serial number of your appliance if known. You will also need to provide a description of the fault and if relevant any additional information (e.g. parking arrangements).
3. You will then have the option to select a suitable date and time for your appliance repair. To proceed click on "Next Step".
4. You will now be asked to complete your own Personal details. Having done this click "Submit".
5. North London Appliances will then send you an email confirming the booking details.
6. The day before the agreed repair date North London Appliances will text you reminding you of the call out date and giving you details of the appointed service engineer.
7. Please note: it is important to keep a record of your allocated Job Reference Number which should be used in any communication.
