Is the fixed price repair work guaranteed?

The fixed price repair is guaranteed to cover the initial fault for 12 months.

All North London Appliances repairs are guaranteed for 12 months, for both labour and parts. This guarantee does not cover any subsequent unrelated breakdown / fault(s) to the appliance. It also becomes invalid if the appliance is moved to a new address.

12 months’ guarantee for the repaired fault only e.g. if we replace the drain pump of your washing machine and it fails within 12, we’ll replace it again completely free of charge.
