What's included in the One-Off service?

Our one-off fixed charge covers you against the cost of the service engineers call out, diagnostics & labour no matter how long the engineer is there or for how many visits he makes to repair the fault. The focus of the repair is based on the description of the fault we have been given.

"One-Off Repair" includes diagnostic and labour charge, Parts are charged separately, if required.

No time limits. Our repair cost includes no time limits for your visit and covers as many repeat visits required. There is NO VAT on our prices.

All engineers employed by North London Appliances are fully insured, experienced and qualified to do the jobs you need.

They will bring their own tools and equipment, but you’ll need to provide or pay for any additional parts or materials to do the job.
